Keeping fit is a lifestyle change and if you are ready I can make sure you achieve this in the best possible way for you. I have actual experience of losing weight, keeping fit and running marathons so I have been there and know what challenges it can bring. I am experienced in 5k, 10k, half and full marathon training so if you are just starting out on your running journey get in touch with me.
