I made it my mission to be fit at 40. Whilst doing this I turned my passion into my career, and here I am. Fitness is a mindset and a lifestyle. Change your lifestyle, change your life. When life got tough for me I decided to embrace it and instead of sinking deeper into what could have been a different story I made a better life for myself and my family. Realising life's too short, I ran my first marathon in 2013 at the age of 34, it's never too late to start your fitness journey. My back ground is in dance but now, I am a Mum, Wife and a Full time Personal Trainer and qualified Physical activity and exercise referral specialist as well as nutrition qualified.
